I served as Creative Director for Flo Milli’s debut performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, leading the creative vision and execution for her nationally televised appearance. This performance marked a major career milestone for Flo Milli and was designed to introduce her to a broad late-night audience with a bold, visually distinctive statement.

I developed the overall concept, staging, visual language, and performance flow—working in close collaboration with Flo Milli’s team, NBC’s stage production department, and show producers. The creative approach highlighted her charisma and style while incorporating graphic visuals, choreographed elements, and lighting design that elevated the performance beyond standard late-night aesthetics.

My role included rehearsals, camera blocking, wardrobe alignment, and final technical delivery to ensure the creative translated seamlessly on broadcast and across digital platforms.

This performance not only amplified Flo Milli’s presence in mainstream media, it also demonstrated how thoughtful creative direction can transform a limited-format TV slot into a culturally relevant, highly shareable moment.
