At Amazon Music, I was brought in to build and lead a new global division focused on video content and live production. I launched the Amazon Music Video Studios from the ground up, overseeing original content development, live broadcast, and production. This cross-functional unit became a key pillar of Amazon Music’s growth strategy and brand evolution.

I owned and ran high-impact projects for members of the Amazon C-suite, and regularly presented to this senior executive audience. My role required translating creative vision into business outcomes, aligning stakeholders across product, business development, and brand, and operating with executive-level visibility and accountability.

Under my leadership, the division delivered a 160% increase in revenue and a 260% lift in viewership YoY, driven by a slate of original programming, multi-platform distribution, and high-impact partnerships. I also created and executive produced Amazon Music Live, a global livestream concert series launched in collaboration with the NFL and Prime Video, which became one of Amazon Music’s most successful cultural franchises.

My work helped redefine how Amazon Music showed up in culture, deepening audience engagement, driving discoverability, and elevating artist partnerships through innovative storytelling. This role sat at the convergence of entertainment, technology, and brand, and demonstrated how bold content strategy, when aligned with product and audience insights, can deliver meaningful impact at scale.

    • Founded and scaled Amazon Music’s global Video Studios division from zero.

    • Defined the org’s vision, structure, and roadmap, aligning content, and production under a unified creative strategy.

    • Positioned the team as a key player in Amazon Music’s growth story, influencing long-term brand and product direction.

    • Created and executive produced Amazon Music Live, a weekly global livestream concert series in partnership with the NFL and Prime Video.

    • Developed original video content across music genres, platforms, and markets—enhancing product utility and cultural relevance.

    • Focused on high-impact, multi-platform programming to increase user engagement, discoverability, and retention across Prime and Amazon Music.
