As the lead for Amazon Music’s global festival live streaming initiatives, I oversaw end-to-end execution of up to 12 major music festival streams annually, including headline events like Primavera Sound, Stagecoach, Rolling Loud, AFROPUNK, The Main Square Festival, and Love Supreme. These multi-day, multi-stage productions were broadcast live across Prime Video, Twitch, and Amazon Music, featuring dynamic host coverage, real-time performance capture, and interactive fan elements.

I was responsible for the full production lifecycle, from creative direction and artist advance to on-site execution, working closely with internal teams, festival organizers, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless, premium-quality experiences. I partnered with Prime Video on programming strategy and product integration to ensure each stream met platform standards while pushing forward audience engagement, discoverability, and innovation across devices.

These live events became key brand moments for Amazon Music, driving millions of global views, increasing Prime Video live content visibility, and strengthening our position at the intersection of music, technology, and culture.

    Impact: Helped pilot and refine Prime Video’s live infrastructure, contributing to the foundation for future high-profile streams (e.g., NFL’s Thursday Night Football rollout) and improving festival content discoverability by over 150%across Fire TV and mobile surfaces.

  • Designed and executed bespoke creative and coverage formats for each festival, ranging from backstage interviews and host commentary to fan interactivity and localized branding, ensuring content remained authentic and platform-optimized.
