AMAZON MUSIC | AMAZON MUSIC LIVE |

I created and led Amazon Music Live, Amazon’s flagship weekly concert series, which ran for three successful seasons and became a cornerstone of the company’s music and live content strategy. The show aired live on Prime Video and Twitch immediately following Thursday Night Football, positioning music in front of one of the largest cross-platform live audiences in streaming.

I was responsible for every aspect of the series—from concept development, format creation, and executive production to artist booking, creative direction, and on-site showrunning. I led cross-functional teams across content, production, business affairs, artist relations, and marketing to deliver a high-volume, high-quality broadcast on a weekly cadence. Each episode included a full live performance, host segments, social integrations, and interactive fan moments, all designed to enhance real-time viewership and post-show engagement.

A key component of my leadership was the strategic partnership with Prime Video to co-develop and test live product features. This included the “Up Next” experience, a Prime Video product innovation that surfaced live concert content immediately after Thursday Night Football—driving massive carryover audiences and increasing retention rates across verticals. This collaboration allowed Amazon Music to leverage Prime Video’s global reach while influencing the evolution of its live content infrastructure.

The series featured top-tier talent including Lil Baby, Megan Thee Stallion, Anitta, Ed Sheeran, and Latto, and earned wide acclaim for its cultural relevance, production value, and innovation in merging music with live sports and tech-driven distribution.

  • I conceived and launched Amazon Music Live, a Prime Video and Twitch tentpole series that ran for three seasons, airing directly after Thursday Night Football. I oversaw all creative and operational aspects, format design, artist booking, production execution, marketing integration, and partner alignment, delivering a new live episode weekly during NFL season.

Impact: Drove millions of weekly live viewers, regularly trending on social and contributing to a 260% YoY lift in Amazon Music video engagement.

  • By aligning the series with Thursday Night Football, I helped position Amazon Music within a premium, high-volume content window. I partnered with Prime Video to co-develop live infrastructure and streaming features that enhanced cross-content navigation and retention.

Impact: Piloted the “Up Next” feature, which surfaced Amazon Music Live immediately after NFL games, boosting show discovery and delivering a 30–40% audience retention rate from football into music, a significant breakthrough in cross-vertical engagement.

  • I led a complex, multi-departmental operation that produced and streamed live shows weekly featuring A-list talent such as Lil Baby, Ed Sheeran, Megan Thee Stallion, and Anitta. This included on-site showrunning, live broadcast operations, and creative oversight across performance, host segments, and fan interactions.

Impact: Set a new operational benchmark for weekly live music content on streaming platforms, achieving 98% on-time delivery across seasons and consistently exceeding performance KPIs for viewership, stream quality, and artist satisfaction.
